A kit is mailed to your door where you complete a quick cheek swab and send back. Your genes are analyzed to see what deficiencies, diseases, and more you're predisposed to. Purchase includes a 1 hour review session.
The purpose of this challenge is to learn to ditch some unhealthy nutrition habits and kickstart a healthier lifestyle!
